SCQF Level 6 • SVQ 3 in Hairdressing at SCQF Level 6 – HB6S1 1 The purpose of this qualification is to provide the knowledge, skills and understanding to be a hairdresser/stylist. Mandatory specialist units are creatively style and dress hair, creatively cut hair using a combination of techniques, creatively colour and lighten hair and provide client consultation services, specialist in hair and scalp treatments, perming and hair extentions.
